	use {Employee_job_History_SCD.Client_ID} = 10981000 in the select statement make a formula field as (10000000 + {?Client ID}) = {Employee_job_History_SCD.Client_ID} place this in the detial section enter 981000 in the param when prompted does the formula result show TRUE or FALSE?

	The result is TRUE

	this means that the formula should work in the select expert copy it from the formula field and place it in the select expert and try it again
