If you have a Reports Server, it can produce reports either on demand, or on a set schedule. That may require more software than you've purchased, and may require you setting up a web server.
You can create a .Net application, which will run a Crystal report on demand. You can also do a lot of neat things to manipulate the report at runtime. You
might get some mileage out of
this book.

So, the simple answer is no. But, there are options.
