Some of my users in a web application written using Visual Studio 2010 cannot print their .net crystal report using the ActiveX Print Mode set on the Crystal Report Viewer. I programmaticly  write a PDF of the report to the screen and this works great but does anyone have any idea why the ActiveX Print mode does not work?

Do the users have the browser set up to run ActiveX components or are they blocked?  Default browser security may be set up to block ActiveX components or the users may be prevented from downloading the component.

No we opened up every possible ActiveX componants on there browser. I gave up on using the Print Mode option as I could not figure out a solution. I tried upgrading the server to the latest version of .net 4.0 Crystal but this did nothing. I just have the reports open up as PDF files now.
