To add to Sastry's response:
- You need to include the actual file name in the picture location - if that's not stored in your data, Crystal will not just open whatever image file might be in the folder.
- If an image file is specified but the image is not found, Crystal will default the picture to whatever picture was used when the image was first put on the report. There's no way to tell when the report is running that the file isn't there, so if the data says there should be a file, but the file isn't there, there is no way to suppress the image. To account for this I usually have an image that just says "Picture not found" that I use for my default.
