I have a report written in Crystal 10 that needs to run in a 3rd party application that has only they Crystal 9 viewer installed. I have dozens of reports working this way, but I have one that shows a "not supported" error when trying to run the report.
I only have access to crystal 10. Is there a way to export the report in a mode that will be ok for a crystal 9 viewer? Is there a chart or listing somewhere that shows me what features I can remove from my crystal 10 report so that it would work in a crystal 9 viewer?
