Good Day To All,
I have a cross tab report that is not working properly.
I have many categories but I only want to be able to do my cross tab on only one.
 
 
 
Agent Name     sub_category                Category 1         Category2    Category3
                       sub_category2                  5
                       sub_category3                  6
                       sub_category4                  1
 
I just want to have Category1, don't want Category2 or category3
 
Any suggestins?

If Catergory2 and Category3 dont have any values(Empty columns) then Right click on the Cross tab  --> Crosstab Expert --> Customize Style --> Check Suppress Empty coloumns

Yes Praveen they do have value, can I supress if he the column header has no value? Is there a way just to filter in catagory 1?

you can still right click columns 2 and 3 and format them to suppress. cross tabs are tricky. when they do work they are pretty awesome though.  good luck.
