I have a report that each line has to be exactly 80 spaces long. When I run the report the data is shorter than that and varies in length so I have tried adding extra spaces using the space key, by addidng a formula like "   " but when I go to export it the extra spaces dont export and the lines end at the end of the data. I have tried putting my different formulas in a text box and several other formulas. If I put a character in the last spot it will work but there can not be anything in that spot or it will cause the program it is imported into blow up. Any Ideas would be appreciated? 

I am exporting the whole report into a text document. Thru the File> Export function . I need all lines in every section to be 80 characters in length. I have tried adding the spaces in the formulas and I have also tried using a text box and concatenating the formulas in it.
