Hi,

A lot of our clients use our reports made in Crystal reports. But on some printers (10%), it always prints a blank page before and after the report ).
Would you have any idea where to look to solve this ?

Thank you

When the report is saved, does it have a specific printer defined in Page Setup (by default, this is the default printer on the machine where the report was designed)? If so, what happens when you turn on "No Printer (optimize for screen display)? Another setting to try is "Dissociate Formatting Page Size and Printer Paper Size".

Because of the WYSIWYG nature of Crystal, it does some internal formatting based on the default printer that is saved with a report. This can sometimes cause problems with some printers.

thank you.
The "no printer" does not work. It causes other problems.
What do you mean by "dissociate formatting page size" ?
How can I do this ?

What version of Crystal are you using? In the more recent versions (2008 and newer), this is an option in Page Setup - it's a checkbox just above where you set the paper size.
