and I am doing a chart 1 showing the Qty per Team per Week, Chart 2, showing Sales per Team per Week, 3. Chart 3 showing Avg Price per Week Per Team.

 

To get the average of Qty per Team per Week is possible in Charts, but I am facing challenges in finding the Average of Sales per Team per Week and showing them as a legend as Team 1 - Avg Sales - 23, Team B- Avg Sales 24

Similarly for Average Price in Chart 3, need to Show Team 1 - Avg Price - 11.91, Team 2 - Avg Price, 12.12

Can anybody please advice either on formula or way out of this.

 

I tried a cross tab, where I get these values, but I cannot link or assign variable to this cross tab to get this values and put them in the chart as legends

 

2. I have a table in which I have a start date as dd-mm-yyyy, in another column I have time duration in numerical format, as 2.12 (which is 2:25 minutes) and in another column I have end date and time as dd-mm-yyyy hh:mm:ss. I need to find the start time and suffix the start with the said time and show the start time as dd-mm-yy hh:mm

 

example -

Start Date - 01-05-2015

Time Duration - 3.45 (Numerical Format)

End Time - 02-05-2015 0:45:00

 

Now I want to show the start date and time as

End Date Time - Time Duration = Start Date and Time

02-05-2015 0:45:00 - 3.45 (either convert to hours) = 01-05-2015 21:00:00

 

I tried DollarFR to convert 3.45 to 3:45, but when i tried to deduct it from End Time, it gives me a string error, sometimes a number or a date error. Do not know where the issue lies.

Also tried converting all dates and time to numbers and then doing the deduction, but this also doesnt work.

 

Any solution or formula or function. Please help.

 

 

I need to find and add the
