Topic: Printing both onA4 and Letter from Crystal Reports Posted: 09 Jul 2018 at 11:59pm
Hi
I have an old version of CR version 2008. Some external companies created some reports for us to be used in the UK and it has been working fine so far. But recently a new office in the US has come on board and now the report is chopping off some lines at the header of the report. Can someone please advise what I need to do to get the report printing correctly for the US without causing issues to those in the UK, Europe and Asia office please ?

Almost sounds like a printer settings issue. Have you tried checking the No Printer and Dissociate Formatting Page Size and Printer Pager Size in the Page Setup.
