One very very rusty CR user here.

I'm trying to build a headcount report which allows me to total the employees at any specific point in time, eg how many as at 1 November last year, or 20 April 2016 etc. From memory I'm thinking I need to build a Parameter field, but I'm struggling with defining the values and creating the prompt. I can't find anything online, so any help would be greatly appreciated.
