Job Description ** Crystal Report Developer (CRD)
The CRD is responsible for all aspects of creating and maintaining reports. This includes the formatting with in the Crystal Report Designer, the writing of the Python scripts for collecting the data and the building of the tests.

We are knee-deep in financial applications, but that doesn't mean you need to know how to derive Black-Scholes. It is better that you know things like how exchange rates are quoted on world markets or what a spin-off does to tax lots. If you do not have this kind of financial experience it is imperative that you are willing to learn in order to succeed.

Requirements
** Minimum 5 years experience with Crystal Reports Designer
** Minimum 2 years experience with Python, Ruby, PERL or similar scripting language
** Minimum 3 years experience with SQL and database design
** Experience working in the hedge fund / financial industry a major plus, but not required
** Experience with Agile Development and/or eXtreme Programming is preferred. The ability to work successfully within this environment is mandatory. Successful use of Test-Driven Development techniques is a big plus.
