Hello,

Crystal version: 2016

I have an excel file with numbers that look like 1.2356 but it only comes through in Crystal as 1.23. I've tried reformatting the field in Crystal and in Excel but it doesn't work.


Does anyone have any possible solutions.

How did you re-format the number?  There is a icon on the tool bar to increase the decimal points.
