Is there a registry setting or some other setting that prevents a Crystal Report shortcut on the desktop from opening the actual report?

When a shortcut has been created on the desktop it will invoke the program but doesn't automatically open the report. You have to click on the File/Open option in order to get the report to come up which kind of defeats the purpose of the shortcut.

Just curious.
