This is the first time I have posted and I have searched high and low first.

Im sure what Im trying to do is very simple.

 

I have a very simple Cross Tabs on a report. The cross tab is very simple consisting of a single row entry which is displays as the 5 questions an end customer is presented width, I have no columns and have 2 calculated measures.

 

Measure 1: Showing a count of the number of repsonses to that question

Measure 2: Showing the total score given to that question.

All i want to do is get teh average score per question simple huh !

Thus dividing measure2/Measure 1.

I am simply not getting the values or anything even close that I would expect.

 

I think the problem stems from the fact that when I do the caluclation I am then asked to select how I want that value summarised and the fact is I don't.

 

Any help as Im going nuts.
