I have been re-writing our existing Reports into Crystal XI. All has been ok but I have one report which uses 2 databases. Originally I tried just linking the databases in the normal way but the criteria was so complex that it took ages and produced far too many records.

 

In the end I created a view which had all the criteria for the main database in it and then linked this to the other database. All works fine in Crystal XI but when end users try to run the report in Crystal Ease version 3.0.325 they get this error "Crystal Ease - Child Load error -2147206429 Invalid TLV record".

 

If you can help I would be very grateful.
