i have am using crystal report 2008 ad oracle DB. When i click verify database and if i give the username and the password it throwing an error msg : Failed to open the connection.
Details: ORA-12154: TNS:cound not resolve the connect identifier specified
[Database Vendor Code:12154]

Can someone suggest an solution for this error, as i already checked for the TNSNAMES.ora file and SQLNET.ora...
