The reports developer in my office just quit --- please help!

I need to calculate totals for items. For instance, from my data I want to take all service tickets that are "closed" with a priority number of 'P1'. how can I get that total # to display?
ex:
Type    Total
P1      (?# w/ status 'closed' and a priority of P1)
P2      (?# tickets were closed and a priority of p2)
etc...

Create two Running Totals using the Type (P1 or P2) as the FIELD TO SUMMARIZE.
Set the TYPE OF SUMMARY to COUNT.
For EVALUATE check USE A FORMULA and click the X-2 formula editor button and do the formula as {table.ticketstatus}='closed'.
For RESET I believe you will need it set to NEVER.
