How do I create a cross tab report that requires each cross tab to have a Male and Female column although my data does not always have both values.  For example my data looks like this:

Home X Male
Home Y Female
Home X Female
Home Z Male
Home Z Female

I currently get the following Cross tab

                   X                     Y                       Z
            Male   Female         Female     Male   Female
Home     1          1                 1              1         1

I want to have the following cross tab

                   X                          Y                       Z
Male   Female       Male  Female     Male   Female
Home     1          1                0       1             1         1

How can I do this?

I have run into a very similar situation. Did you ever figure out a solution?

Thanks for any advice you can provide.
