Hi! I'm just new in Crystal Report. I'm having trouble adding a duplicate account. I've already select in database menu the select distinct records but still the results is wrong. The result should looks like this.

               Account        Qty
Group A
                  AAA             2
                  AAA             2
                  BBB             1
                  CCC             3
                  CCC             3
                  CCC             3
                          Total    6

Group B
                  AAA             1
                  BBB              2
                  BBB              2
                  BBB              2
                  BBB              2
                           Total   3
                 
                 Grand Total  9
