how can i add a subreport inside the crosstab?

what i want to do with my report is:
---- dynamic columns will be generated

- rows will have organization id, it also has multiple rows inside one row.

Please advise,

I was able to make a crosstab to do the dynamic columns,and do a lot of "supress" to hide the total.
