Hello, i am using Rational ClearQuest which supports reporting via crystal report. ClearQuest provides its own aging report but i wanted to be able to build an aging chart based on a different value.

I am not able to figure out a way to build aging charts in crystal reports. For example, lets say we have a trouble ticket. A user submits a ticket requesting work to be done. Now, the ticket goes through its lifecycle and during the process, will be assigned to different staff. i want to know how long the ticket has been with each staff member.

So, i need to build a report which shows the aging by the field that stores the staff members name. lets call it the "Owner" field.

Can somebody please help me with what kind of data i need to collect in order to be able to build an aging chart?

If i have a table, which will store Name and StartDate, is that enough to build an aging chart in crystal? please help.
