Hi all. I maybe going down the wrong path here, so hopefully someone can set me on the right one.

My company has 2 sub-companies. I am working on a report for backorders for both companies, using charts, etc. and while it is not an ideal report, currently it functions.

What I need to do for one of the charts is get a distinct count of orders for each company. E.g., together there are 2000 orders, company A has 1500, company B has 500.

I do not have groups setup in this report, as we have the carts in the report header because we wanted the users to be able to select parameters, and the charts (each created by hand) to switch to the data that they selected, rather than scrolling through each company and seeing large empty spaces, etc.

SO, I guess the question is, is there an easy way to get a count of the distinct order numbers for each company? If someone could point me in the right direction, I would appreciate it.

Thanks!
