I created a group name field (the value for this group is the compnay name column) . Here is an example of my output:

Page 1

Company 1, INC

Mr. Mike Solorato

Director

14521 South Greek ave

Raleigh, NC 1245

Company 2, INC

Page2

Mr. Charlie Solorato

Director

14521 South Greek ave

Raleigh, NC 1245

It lists the name of the group in page 1 (Company 2, INC ) and it’s detail in Page 2. What I would like to do is have Company 2, INC listed in the second page. I always want to have the group name and its data listed together.

Thanks in advance for your help

In the Report Design window, open the Section Expert, highlight the group footer and put a check mark in the Print New Page After.

That should start a fresh page everytime the group changes.

Go to Report > Group Expert > Options and select the Keep Group Together option.
