Hi there,

anyone knows how to format the crystal report with no lines in between each record when doing the exporting of report to excel format. My crystal report has a subreport and right now when I export to excel the output is something like this as shown below.

1   ABC Co   MNC (main report)

1   ABC Co   IT Dept (subreport)
1   ABC Co   HR Dept (subreport)
1   XYZ Co   MNC (main report)


1   DEF Co   MNC (main report)

My crystal report has the problems of leaving one or two lines when I export it to excel but when I export to PDF format it is ok with no lines in between. Anyone out there knows how to resolve this problem so that when I export the report to excel there is no blank lines in between.
