Hi there,

Please bare with me, im fairly technical but am very very new to Crystal Reports. I need to duplicate a invoice report I have so that it has different headers. Basically I was just going to insert a blank page and copy and paste the form onto the second page and modify the headers separately. However I cant find a way to add a new blank page at all.

What I want my end goal to be is to have an invoice with "Customer Copy" and "Office Copy" as headers or water marks on the invoice.

Any ideas on how I can do this?

Just make your changes in the original report and then "save as" the new report. The original will be unchanged
When this you see, Remember me
And keep me in your mind
Let all the world say what they may
Think of me as you find

Yes but then it's 2 reports. I want to have basically 2 reports in th same file with different headers. It's an invoice and I want to have a customer copy and an office copy.

you can create a table or a command with 2 rows of data ( a 1 and a 2 on each respective row) and cross join it to your existing data set to get two rows of everything. YOu can then insert a group on this field (likely your group onw is on invoice  number so this would be group 2) so value 1 is used as your customer copy and value 2 is your office copy
