Crystal Reports 2011 & Crystal Reports XI 4 Server

I know the server has URL reporting built in: xi4_cr_url_reporting_en.pdf
and it has opendocument URL reporting: xi4_opendocument_en.pdf

I know reports can be scheduled in InfoView to email pdf reports..

but how can I trigger a report to email via URL by adding &to= &from= and any other parameters.

is the only way by using .NET and custom writing something.. does anyone sell premade software for this.. we do not have .NET programmers..
