Hi there,
my users are experiencing communication error with the crystal web connector when they try to export the report to pdf or excel. The pdf or excel usually reach very big sizes 10 - 30 megs or every 50 megs. The users will not get the reports (they only got the error) and they end up being frustrated. Is there any way to help them?
