We're using a web service that runs SQL and utilizes CR to generate specific reports from within the database. We haven't, however, been able to make any of the reports viewable through IE8.

When a report is requested through the website, CR generates this error message through the browser:


CRAXDRT Error Occured on Server. -2147189166 : Failed to retrieve data from the database.
Details: [Database Vendor Code: 3621 ]


Is this a problem from our end (the firewall, possibly), or is this a database server problem that the web service company needs to address?

Are these enough specifics for a diagnosis?
