I have a user who is trying to use Crystal XI to write some reports for our business, I created a database with the necessary tables.  The user can see the database, the table but not the coulmn names in theField editor. Is this a permissions issue on the SQL Server side or is it a setting in Crystal reports?

I would think it's a permission issue for SQL Server. There aren't any options in CR XI to disable fields from being listed.
