I was hoping someone could help me out on this one. Basically, i'm using crystal to call data on some assets. I have set parametres to recall data only within a certain period. However, I want to exclude specific assets if they happen to appear within a particular period that may fall within the period set under the parametre.

 

Unfortunately, that probably doesn't sound clear, so i will outline the scenario:

 

Lift 1 was under the remit of a company from Jan 2012 until Mar 2012, and I want to show this companys outstanding records for the whole of 2012. Only, if I set the parametre from startdate: Jan 2012 to Enddate: August 2012, it will show the record for Lift 1 for the entirety of that set parametre rather then what should actually be under their responsibility of Jan '12 - Mar '12.

 

Anyone know how i can set an exclusion for a particular thing within a particular time only?
