I have a question to ask Crystal Report expert!!!
I have just start using Crystal a month ago. my question is, Can I create a formula to excluded some descriptions that i dont need?

I have a ***Grand Total*** that has appearing in my description table. So there for it make my reports look silly also it created a total amounts even though i didnt even make a group total or sub total.

ex. job#   Description     labour $$     Overhear$$
     1234 Car              200.00        100.00
     3456 Truck            345.00        150.00
    ***Grand Total***       545.00        250.00

I ***Grand Totals*** is under the E_DESC table just like description. Is there anyway to hide it or get rid of it?
I would like to create a group by jobs number and then sub total each job, but the ***Grand Totals*** keep appearing at the top of the reports.

Any help would be nice

Go to the Select Expert.  Select the the field where "*** Grand Totals ***" appears, then "is not equal to", then "*** Grand Totals ***".  This will filter those records out of your report.

In the Select Expert, change the field to "in list" and then enter or select all of the options you want to exclude.
