Thanks in advance for your help.  I'm using Crystal Reports 2008.

I’ve created a report that has two groups.  The first group (Group #1) is on a case number.  The second group (Group #2) is on a name.  The details under Group #2 include a description field.  The details are sorted in an order that brings the primary description to the top of the list when there are multiple records.  I’ve also placed the description field in Group #2 Header.  This results in the primary description displayed in the Group #2 header.

I need to create a crosstab based on the data in the Group #2 header.  When I try this, it includes all the records in the details.  I only want to include the records in the group header and ignore the records in the details.

Any thoughts?
