Hi,
 
I have a report which lists line items from my orders which I can display by ship date via a parameter field. I would also like to be able to display what shipped yesterday for the specific item 
 
The reason for this is in our morning meetings, billing has not been done yet so the On Hand Qty's still reflect what shipped yesterday as on hand.
 
How can I build seperate selection criteria in one report? or do I have to build a sub report? I tried building a sub report but I can only get it to display every line item with a ship date value of CurrentDate -1.....I need it just to display the specific item....
 
I hope I explained sufficiently. Any help will be greatly appreciated!

how are you defining the "specific item"?
Is this selected by the user at run time as a param or some other criteria?

I meant the group. The report displays all line items from the open order table which match the ship date param. Then I group the lines by item. I want the "previous day ship" data to match the grouped item. When I added a subreport to the group footer- it displayed every line item which shipped the previous day, in every group footer.

Ex of what Im trying to achieve;

Order 1- Red Tennis Ball Qty [10]
Order 2- Red Tennis Ball Qty [10]
Total Shipping Today [20]
Total Shipped Yesterday [Value of Red Tennis Ball with ShipDate - 1]
