Goodmorning
I want some help for a crystal report in Crystal Reports 11
My table in my database have a field that called 'name' with values 1,2,3

What i want is to seperate my crystal in 3 parts. So when the value is 1 collect all the data with 1 and put in first part same when the value is 2 collect data and put them in second part of crystal and finally same with 3.
So i dont know how to do it and i need some help. I dont know how to use group by.. For example

if 'name'=1 collect all the data with 1 value and put them in first part of crystal

Yes

Cash of the day
----------------------------

1.
------
1.  george king    200$
2.  alex king         100$
3.   jim floyd         50$

sum=350$

2.
--------
1. buy products       100$
2. transfer products  50$
sum=150$

Total 1-2=200$

So its something like that i didnt put everything only the basic. Everything is on the same table.  If it is the value i said 1 its income if its 2 its spend. I want in my report to be seperate . so i want something like group by if my value is 1 to put it on top if its 2 to put lower on page

If your database field "Name" contains 1,2,3 and if you want to put Your record as per your given format then you can use Group By of main Crystal report.Insert Group and select Name as field and in ascending order..You will get the records as per the names...
