Hi,
 
I have a report that show is information as such:
 
Case  Surg  Nurse  Add-Staff
A123  dr01  RN01   Staff1
                               staff2
 
B456  DR02 RN02   Staff1
C789  DR03 RN02   Staff1
                               Staff2
                               Staff3
D192 DR04 RN 04  Staff 01
 
I need it to display this way:
Case  Surg  Nurse  Add-Staff
A123  dr01  RN01   Staff1, staff2
B456  DR02 RN02   Staff1
C789  DR03 RN02   Staff1, Staff2,  Staff3
 
The "Surg", "Nurse", and "Add_Staff" fields are individual subreports.
 
any suggestions will be approciated.  Thanks

lots of examples of how to do this on this forum, here is one to deal with repeated names
