We have an accounting system. The forms, in this case packing slips, are generated through Crystal.

When printing a single copy for a sales order, the print stream generates multiple copies of the packing slip (e.g. warehouse copy(W), customer copy(C), shipping copy(S) etc.). These output docs (W/C/S) are generated by creating sub reports. The process works well and the correct output is printed when the documents are printed directly from within sales orders (as only one order is printed at a time). However, when printing these packing slips in a batch, they all print OK, except that all the customer copies print, then all the warehouse copies print, etc. This means that the print output needs to be manually collated.

The challenge is to print the Crystal documents in sales order number sequence with all the copies for one number printing, then the next number prints etc.

Unfortunately, when using sub reports one cannot select a printer tray to pull from as the Main report controls the printer output.

Any assistance or input would be appreciated, thanks
Ron
