Very new to writing. My database will pull multiple rows when I ask for persons with charges in the LastFullMonth. I just want to know IF they had a charge. I don't need to know how many or the dates. But I get multiple rows when I use that as a selection. What can I write to only get one row per person if they have any charge for that timeframe?
Thank you in advance

Try this:

- Group by person - either name or concatenate name and person id (if there can be more than one person with the same name).
- Put the data in the person group header.
- Suppress the details section and the person group footer section.

-Dell
