	Hello, am trying to schedule a report with excel,csv or any format but keep getting SMTP error. What else can I do? Thank you

	How are you scheduling the report? With BOE (Business Object Enterprise)? SMTP errors sounds like a set up issue or an incorrect email address. Is this that you are emailing the report after it has run? I haven't used BOE for a while now...

	Also, the SMTP error can appear when the file is too large to email based on rules on the email server. -dell
