I am a newbie to this whole crystal reporting stuff, and I need to make a report that basically links up the maximum date of sale to the sale price so there are not repeats on my reports. The problem is that the date of sale(dos) is a datetime format, and the sale price is a number format.

Currently i have wracked my brain as how to link the two of these together so i am able to achive my desired result.  I know that this is going to have to be a formula because the select expert is of no use here.

Thanks for any help that you can give...
