My data has 5 yes or no fields that return information about ethnicity.  I'm trying to write a formula that supplies the appropriate label to the response if yes.  My formula works if only one of the fields has a yes response.  In some cases there is more than one field with a yes.  I'm having difficulties writing a formula for this situation.  Anybody have any ideas?
