Using CR XI.

I have a table of members and a table of member notes.

I need a report that will list me the members that don't have a specific note type within a date range.  I need to select the member table on a certain criteria.

Can someone point me in the right direction to do this?

I have a feeling I need to change the "link options" between my tables but nor sure what combination to use. Also, for some reason the "Full outer join" is grayed out.
