Like various Digital Dashboards available - Sharepoint and the very new SQL Reporting Tool via MS SQL Server 2005 - we can have various pie charts / bar charts and other graphs connected in real time with the database - displayed on a web portal. Is something similar possible using Crystal XI - Developer or any other edition?

 

If not, then which other Crystal App makes BI Possible? Does Crystal Xcelsius support direct connectivity to a Database and show the various Dashboards or just it connects to Excel / Powerpoint etc?

 

As per your exp - creating a Sales Invoice will be easier in Crystal or SQL Reporting? whats better to print? Our dev environment is ASP / ASP.net - MS SQL 2005.
