Hi,
I am using Crystal Developer 11.5.  I have created a Boolean parameter that asks if the user wants to show data that has an Aging of Zero.  What is supposed to happen is if the user selects True (or yes show Aging Zero or greater) then it will show all data.  If the user selects False (or do not show Aging of Zero or less) then it will show only that data that has 1 or more days of Aging.
 
I cannot figure out how to use this parameter to show (or not show) the data I want.
 
I tried using Format Field (on Aging field) and the suppress formula works but only for the column resulting in all the other data to show, but the Aging column to be blank when it is Zero or Less (for a false answer).
 
I couldn't figure out how to get it to work using Select Expert (my if-then statements come back with errors).
 
Can someone help me? what other information do you need.

Under the section expert

Place your existing formula in the suppression feature for all of the sections which contain data you are trying to conditionally display This will hide the entire row of data oppossed to the single field.

Thanks, I found that putting the formula in the Select Expert>Suppress (No Drill Down) formula location of the Details section worked best.

All I did was paste my formula into the Suppress portion of the Details Section Select Expert and it worked great.
