I want to use parameters in the following way, please can someone let me know of this is possible.

 

I have a whole load of tasks, some are complete and some not, all these tasks exists under there own roof, lets say job.  So one defines what tasks have to be performed and thses are part of a job.  Now I want to report on the tasks that are complete but the onyl way I can be sure that they are compelte if the task before the one I want to know the status on is complete.  Okay so thats easy but here is where it gets harder.

 

So currently the user has to choose the preceding task and the task that they want to report on.  When the user chooses the preceding task ie the one before the task they want to report on I would love only the tasks after the preceding task to be availble to choose from.  The reason is that there are so many tasks within a job and it can get quite messy to deal with and choose the parameter.
