Hello,  I am creating a SVL report for the CIC platform, call centre reporting.

I use different Groupings

Inhouse
Call
Dutch
Answerred / Offered / abandonned
French
Anwerred / Offered / abandonned
Outsourced
Call
Dutch
Anwerred / Offered / Abandonned
French
Answerred / Offered / Abandonned

I want to make a sum of the answerred Dutch calls from both Inhouse a Outsourced.  Can somebody please assist?
Thanks a lot,
Stijn

Depends on your report design, but you should be able to solve this a couple of ways. Perhaps the easiest might be to look at running totals set to add the Dutch->answered field.  Another way might be if you have two groups you could create summary fields for each group in the group footer ( suppress it if you do not want to see them) then create a formula that would add the two summary fields and place it where you want it to appear in your report. Finally, if you use subreports then you will need to create shared variables to hold the sums and use in formulas as appropriate.

Hope this give you some ideas and is useful.

Now that I came to think of it, I tried option 2 allready but I can't summaryse the two group sums because I dont know hot to reference them.

eg. sum({table.field1},{table.field2})
wheras field1 is the field I want to sum and Field2 is the group.

I don't know which fieldname and reference I have to use to add the two same fields but from a different group.

Thanks,
S
