Can ne1 tell me what is the best way to handle barcode fonts in crystal report?

I installed IDAutomation HC39M barcode font on my machine and used it in the report. when i used it it shows me the barcode and if i print from the crystal report ide it prints the barcode too.

Now when i try to load the same report using the reportdocument object and do a printtoprinter......it prints the filed value without converting it to that barcode font.

Thanks for that link hassan, this has helped me sort my problems with my barcode label printing. I have another question for you though, could you suggest a printer to use for the printing of them. I am using the Zebra LP2844 but am not too keen on it.
