Here is the situation.  Simple crosstab pulling data out of one table.  The summary records can contain a value of 0.  Some of the summary values in the crosstab don't exist based on combination of column and row intersection. 

 

The issue: I can't get Crystal to display 0 when this value is stored in the database, and blank cell when there is no value in the database for the given row/column intersection.

Any ideas???
