I am using crystal XI to design traveler report. When I ran itsefl, I don't get any error message related to Prompt (it ran perfectly fine). When I call crystal inside another system (InPlan system). I got error message said Prompt failed related to some error code ...

 

I try to trouble shoot and I have a concerns... if my report running fine itself... it means the connection to database is fine... it problably relates to system doesn't support crystal XI. I wonder if my thinking is right or not. Does anybody give me your opinion. I still couldn't figure out what is the problem that caused to error...Many Thanks
