Quote ayatollah Replybullet Topic: Sub reports in report?
    Posted: 13 Aug 2008 at 2:46am
EDIT: Different problem now, problem under dashed line has been sorted.

I have a document, which has one header and one sub-report in it. The header and sub-report print fine except for the fact that the sub-report is printed 4 times. I.e.

HEADER
SUB-REPORT
SUB-REPORT
SUB-REPORT
SUB-REPORT

What would cause this seeing as I have no formulas or anything that would do this formatting?

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I am creating a report which requires multiple tables to be shown. Ie. Each table has its own headers, with the rows printed underneath. Then another table below that in the same format, like below:
TABLE HEADER1
FIELD1
FIELD1
FIELD1
TABLE HEADER2
FIELD2
etc.

At the minute I have put the first table headers in one section and the fields in another. This produces the undesired out put of:
HEADER1
FIELD1
HEADER1
FIELD1
etc

If I put the table header into the page header, it produces the correct result, but only for one table. For subsequent tables it is impossible to insert them, with the header, into the report.

Can anybody help?

My subreport is being printed 4 times which isn't right. I have the subreport in the Details section, by itself, and the sub report contains a header and a details section.

Would this be printed 4 times due to there being 4 rows in the table?! I really need it to just print 1 row.
